About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise-level technology solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
Work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and project leadership.
Define application, integration, data, and technology architecture.
Evaluate existing systems and recommend modernization and optimization opportunities.
Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution documentation.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Provide technical leadership throughout the solution development and implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with distributed teams across the US, Canada, and offshore locations.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations.
Support technical discussions, design reviews, and implementation planning.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in software/IT, with significant experience in Solution Architecture.
Strong experience designing enterprise-scale applications and technology solutions.
Strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to create architecture documentation and present technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
