About the role
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary IT organization
- Build strong relationships with executive and operational business leaders
- Establish and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Ensure availability, reliability, and security of enterprise systems
- Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Drive business process improvements and technology modernization efforts
- Oversee application development and system enhancement initiatives
- Establish project governance, prioritization, and delivery rigor
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance requirements
- Create scalable technology solutions that improve employee and customer experiences
- Key Initiatives & Projects
- This leader will play a critical role in:
- Optimizing and enhancing a SAP ECC environment
- Stabilizing and improving a recently launched services platform
- Implementing stronger project management processes and governance
- Leading the planning and deployment of a new eCommerce platform
- Simplifying the technology stack across internal and customer-facing systems
- Driving automation and operational efficiencies throughout the organization
- Bachelor's Degree required 10+ years of Information Technology experience 5+ years of IT leadership or management experienceExperience leading applications, infrastructure, and business technology teamsSAP ECC experienceExperience working with CRM platforms
- Strong project and program management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to align technology solutions with business goals
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external technology partners
