About the role
Role Lead epidemiological and real-world evidence (RWE) research within the RWE team, supporting disease natural history, clinical endpoint development, and data sourcing strategies for early development indications.
Responsibilitiesindependently execute observational studies, evaluate registry and data sources, develop study protocols, align research tactics with program goals, and represent RWE in cross-functional teams and external collaborations. Contribute to evidence generation planning, performance metrics, and publications, while supporting regulatory and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
PhD (preferred) or MS/MPH in epidemiology, biostatistics, or health outcomes; minimum 5 years in observational research within life sciences and 3 years specifically in RWE/epidemiology at a biopharmaceutical company.
Skillsexpertise in RWE regulatory guidance, observational study design and execution, strong communication, and collaboration skills.
High-Valuefocus on disease natural history, early clinical development, observational research, data sourcing, and external stakeholder engagement.
Work Setuphybrid or on-site options, with flexible work arrangements.
