About the role

Interested in being a Senior IAM Engineer at a fast-moving crypto firm with offices in NYC, London, and Dubai? This is a great opportunity for an IAM engineer who wants to go beyond platform administration and actually build, automate, and shape the way identity and privileged access work across the organization. You’ll work across Cyber Ark Privilege Cloud and PSM, Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM Identity Center, Zilla Security, AWS CloudHSM and KMS, AWS Secrets Manager, Teleport, Microsoft Sentinel, and more. A major focus of the role will be automation and engineering. This will include eliminating manual access processes, building integrations through APIs, strengthening JIT and least-privilege access, automating credential and certificate rotation, and creating scalable identity controls across AWS and Azure. You’ll also have hands-on exposure to HSMs, cryptographic key management, key ceremonies, privileged access, and secrets management. What makes this role particularly interesting is the level of ownership. You’ll serve as the technical owner for key identity capabilities, influence security standards across engineering teams, work directly with vendors, and help design how identity and access are managed in a sophisticated trading and financial environment. You'll need strong Cyber Ark/PAM experience, AWS and Azure identity expertise, and the ability to automate with Python or APIs. If you’re someone who enjoys solving complex identity problems and wants a role where your engineering decisions genuinely matter, this role could be a great next step in your career. Apply now! No up-to-date resume required.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
