Status: Full-time / On-site Required Clearance: Secret with T5 background investigation. By providing a wide array of professional services and products, we help our customers leverage technology and operate confidently in their technology environments to ensure resource predictability, security, and reliability to meet business objectives.Summary:RTL Networks has an exciting opportunity for a DoD SECRET cleared System Integration/Test Engineer to help support Space and Ground segments of a military satellite communications program.Primary Responsibilities:Essential responsibilities of the System Integration/Test Engineer include, but are not limited to:Responsible for the development of IT solutions across all components of software systems through design, integration, implementation, and support.Coordinate, develop, and integrate new systems in both physical and virtualized environments.Develop and install upgrades to existing systems.Experience with supporting Windows operating systems.COTS software deployment experience.Develop scripts to improve system administration and deployment automation:Experience writing scriptsFamiliarity with automation tools / scriptingFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting (ability to read/understand existing scripts)Troubleshoot issues and provide support across the information system.Strong understanding and application of cybersecurity practices (STIG compliance, system accreditation, etc.).Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and principles.Exceptional troubleshooting skills.Qualifications:Must meet DoD 8570 Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) criteria or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification at time of hire (i.e., Security+).Advanced degree and 3+ years' experience or bachelors with 5+ years' experience or equivalent.Physical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location.
