About the role
Leading a team of sales professionals, the full-time NMLS Licensed Vice President of Sales will drive business development by sourcing loans from Real Estate Investors, TPO Brokers, and Referral partners while ensuring exceptional loan origination quality and communication in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Source and submit a minimum of $4 million in Business Purpose loans per month, while managing a team to achieve the same goal
Coach and mentor sales team members to meet sales and loan origination expectations, ensuring compliance with internal processes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, educating them on the company's value proposition and loan products
Required qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of successful mortgage sales experience with a verifiable customer base
In-depth knowledge of entity lending, business purpose loan products, and loan documentation processes
Experience in National or Regional Sales Management preferred
Existing book of business or extensive network of contacts in real estate investment or mortgage brokerage
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
