This pivotal leadership role is focused on shaping the company's ability to ensure patient access and deepen collaborations across complex and influential customer segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic account plans, engaging with key decision-makers, and leading a team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. The role demands a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, the ability to influence at the C-suite level, and a proven track record in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in market access and provider contracting. As the Field Vice President, you will be at the forefront of the company's mission to deliver innovative vaccines and specialty medicines. The position requires a leader with a results-oriented mindset, who can take ownership of strategic account planning, and financial goals, and ensure alignment across the company's portfolio. Key responsibilities include cultivating influential relationships, leading collaborative engagement strategies, and managing risks to deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of experience in the industry, and a strong background in market access and provider contracting.
