Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employee Benefits Associate for its Dallas, TX office. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERISA and employee benefits, including qualified plans and ACA compliance. Duties Advise on ERISA and employee benefits matters. Assist with M&A and restructuring within the benefits practice area. Collaborate on multiemployer pension and health plans. Provide guidance on ACA compliance. Requirements 1-4 years of relevant experience. Experience in tax or labor/benefits advising is advantageous. Executive compensation experience is beneficial but not required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in Texas preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
