🚀 About the Role: We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our B2B presence in the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in B2B sales, particularly in packaging, cosmetics, or fragrance industries, who thrives on building new business and closing deals. You will play a key role in driving growth by developing new client relationships and managing the full sales cycle.
💼 What You’ll Do: Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the U.S. market Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, quoting, and closing Work with clients in industries such as cosmetics, fragrance, personal care, and retail brands Collaborate with internal teams (production, sourcing, design) to deliver customized packaging solutions Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) and attend industry events as needed🎯
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in B2B sales (required)Experience in packaging industry (highly preferred), OR cosmetics / fragrance / beauty industry Strong new business development (hunting) capability Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a hybrid environment (New York area)Existing client network is a strong plus💰
