JBM is seeking a Director of Human Resources to join its executive leadership team and help shape the future of the organization’s people strategy. This is not a maintenance role — it’s an opportunity to build, influence, and elevate. You’ll step into a company with a strong foundation and play a key role in strengthening employee engagement, driving organizational effectiveness, and preparing the business for future leadership transitions. What You’ll Do:
- Lead succession planning and workforce strategy to support long-term business growth
- Drive employee engagement and alignment with company purpose, vision, and values
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business goals into people-focused initiatives
- Build and lead a high‑performing HR team
- Oversee and elevate JBM’s Fair Chance Program and related community partnerships
- Implement and improve performance management, training, and career development programs
- Establish and track HR metrics and organizational KPIsAct as a key resource for employee relations, compliance, and risk management
- Serve as a strategic advisor with the confidence to challenge and influence leadership
- What You’ll Bring10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong background in organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is highly preferred
- Ability to operate as a “player‑coach” — strategic but hands‑onConfidence to contribute at the executive level with a strong point of view
