Human Resource CoordinatorThe Human Resource Coordinator supports the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure smooth communication and compliance across hotel locations and the corporate office.Compensation: $20.00-$25.00 HourlyKey Responsibilities:Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employeesMaintain and update employee records in HR systemsCoordinate employee training and track completionManage multi-state unemployment claims, wage and employment verifications, garnishments, and child support ordersConduct background screenings for all hotel and corporate hiresProcess new hire onboarding in InnFlowRequirements:Previous experience in HR or office administration preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsBasic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesProficiency with Google Drive and HR software
