Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) is hiring experienced CDL‑A drivers who want reliable, year‑round work and don’t mind getting their hands dirty. If you’re looking for a stable early morning role with solid pay, overtime, and full benefits, this could be a great fit.
This is local overnight field service work operating tanker and vacuum trucks at commercial and industrial sites. It’s hands‑on, physical work — but it’s honest, essential, and recession‑resistant. And yes… it pays well.
What You’ll Do:
Operate CDL‑A tanker/vacuum trucks safely and efficiently
Perform overnight service work at customer facilities
Use industrial equipment such as hoses, pumps, and tanks
Complete DVIRs, safety checks, and service documentation
Work outdoors or industrial environments
Represent LES professionally with customers and teammates
Schedule & Work Environment
5am daily start required
Overnight / night shift availability preferred
Local routes — no long-haul, no hotels
Overtime, weekends, and longer shifts available
Year‑round work — no seasonal layoffs
What We’re Looking For:
Valid CDL‑A license (Tanker endorsement required)
1 year of verifiable CDL driving experience
Manual transmission driving (unrestricted license)
Ability to perform physical work: lifting, pulling, climbing, bending
Comfort working in dirty, greasy, industrial settings
Strong safety mindset and acceptable driving record
Dependable, self‑directed, and accountable
What You Get
· Competitive hourly pay + overtime opportunities
· Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO
· Well‑maintained, modern equipment
· Local work — go home when your shift ends
A stable company doing essential work that doesn’t slow down

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
