About the role
Supporting the Air Force Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) program, the full-time Project Manager Financial Analyst will manage program analysis, develop contractual and financial aspects of projects, and coordinate activities with various stakeholders, all while working remotely from San Antonio, TX.
Key responsibilities
Assist in managing the EUL program by analyzing technical information and providing analytical support for decision-making
Develop and review contractual, financial, and technical aspects of projects through designated phases of the EUL process
Conduct financial analysis of existing EULs to assess performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or business fields of study
3+ years of experience in a business or real estate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Knowledge of real estate transactions and financial management principles
