About the role
About us:
Operation Nightwatch has a six-decade track record of ecumenical ministry. Loving our most-vulnerable neighbors in the name of Christ, together. We do this through street chaplaincy, food, shelter and housing. We are a privately funded, Christian organization. There are no religious requirements for those seeking services. Annually, we have more than 65,000 encounters with folks experiencing homelessness. Kitchens get messy and our seniors need all the help they can get. We need a group of 4-5 Adults that are interested in deep cleaning two kitchens in our senior housing.
Days:
Tuesday & Thursdays 8 AM - 3:30 PM or Saturday mornings https://www.seattlenightwatch.org/
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
