About the role

To enhance financial operations for healthcare organizations, the full-time remote CPA Finance Consultant will provide client support, manage implementation projects, and deliver training while utilizing AI tools for improved reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities Provide high-quality support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolution of issues Manage the implementation of new customers, including needs analysis, testing, and training Develop and maintain training documentation and user guides, while assisting in business development activities Required qualifications CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation Minimum 5 years of financial processing experience within the healthcare industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel-based reporting tools Experience using SQL or similar data modeling Practical experience with AI tools in a professional setting
