Bachelor's degree required: NoReferral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hiredJOB DESCRIPTION A mid‑sized law firm is seeking aLitigation Support Analystto assist attorneys and litigation teams with managing electronic data, review platforms, and technology throughout the discovery and trial lifecycle. This role supports eDiscovery workflows, database administration, document review processes, and litigation technology needs. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced legal environment with evolving technology.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the handling of electronically stored information (ESI), including data intake, processing, organization, and production. Prepare datasets for review, manage uploads, and support search queries across various review platforms. Maintain litigation databases, ensuring accurate coding, indexing, and user access management. Coordinate with external eDiscovery vendors on data processing, troubleshooting, and project requirements. Support secure data transfer, encryption, and best practices for litigation data security. Provide technical assistance for document review platforms and litigation support tools. Troubleshoot issues related to databases, review environments, and case‑specific technology. Assist with document editing, redaction, and multimedia preparation using industry‑standard tools. Support trial teams with exhibit preparation, timelines, demonstratives, and presentation materials. Maintain documentation of workflows, data sources, and processing steps. Help ensure adherence to legal hold requirements, chain‑of‑custody standards, and internal protocols. Stay informed about emerging eDiscovery tools, litigation technology trends, and industry developments. Provide occasional after‑hours support when case deadlines require it.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.3--5 years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery, or legal technology. Working knowledge of common review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Logikcull, CloudNine).Strong understanding of the ESI lifecycle and discovery processes. Familiarity with secure file transfer tools, encryption methods, and litigation data security practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and high‑volume workloads. Experience working in a law firm, legal department, or eDiscovery provider preferred.
