About the role

Ash Grove Cement Company seeks a Reliability Superintendent to drive reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment and systems across the plant. You will implement RC(M) programs, supervise RC(M) activities, and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize maintenance schedules and prevent downtime. You will mentor staff, coordinate outages, manage CAPEX inputs, and lead reliability-focused initiatives, including lubrication, vibration, infrared, CBM, and life-cycle
