About the role

Our team is looking for imaginative content creators to help bring our toys, plushies, and characters to life on social media. This is a behind-the-camera role for someone who can turn a simple idea into an entertaining video. The role focuses on short-form content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with opportunities to contribute to longer YouTube videos. Before you apply Include links to your personal TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram accounts at the top of your resume. You can also include a link to a Google Doc with your accounts and examples of your work. Prior experience with making content for YouTube is a requirement. We want to see the videos you’ve helped create and understand your contribution, whether that’s developing ideas, filming, editing, or doing all three. Personal projects count. Hands-on experience matters more to us than a polished portfolio. Your prior work does NOT need to be specifically Toy or Plushie videos.
What you’ll do:
  • Develop original video concepts built around toys, plushies, and characters.
  • Create simple stories and visual jokes that hold viewers’ attention.
  • Stage scenes, arrange props, and move toys and plushies to bring characters to life.
  • Film content with thoughtful framing, lighting, backgrounds, and camera movement.
  • Edit footage using pacing, sound effects, music, and captions to strengthen the story.
  • Adapt social trends into playful, family-friendly videos
  • Collaborate with the creative team, respond to feedback, and keep projects organized.
What we’re looking for: Experience creating content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms. Practical filming and video-editing skills. A strong sense of humor, visual storytelling, and timing. Resourcefulness with props, sets, and everyday materials. The ability to work independently and follow through from idea to finished video. Patience and attention to detail when staging scenes and capturing the right shot. Experience with toy videos, puppetry, stop-motion, miniature sets, or product photography is a plus, but not required! We’re especially interested in people who can make an ordinary object feel like a character. Compensation$70,000-$130,000 Offers are determined individually based on your skills and experience. To apply, submit your resume with your personal social account links clearly visible at the top.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
