About the role
Leading the strategic governance of the Associate Vendor model, the full-time Senior Director, Global Vendor Strategy will design and implement economic performance frameworks for nearshore and offshore operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the assessment and segmentation of the Associate Vendor network to align with global delivery objectives
Partner with leadership to realign recruiter incentive structures and eliminate rate compression issues
Establish distinct contractual frameworks for various vendor use cases to mitigate risk and enhance governance
Required qualifications:
10+ years in vendor management or global delivery operations, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
Expertise in global delivery economics and the ability to model cost optimization across delivery channels
Experience in building or managing offshore and nearshore delivery operations, including compliance with immigration regulations
Proven track record of developing vendor governance programs and structured supply chains
Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex data to C-suite audiences
