About the role

All In One Accounting seeks a Managing Director to lead the Nonprofit Practice, owning client relationships and the full P&L with a CFO team. You will drive practice growth, ensure audit readiness, and maintain governance across the book of nonprofit clients. You’ll partner with BD to define target profiles, and mentor CFOs to deliver client outcomes at scale. The successful candidate will have extensive nonprofit accounting leadership experience, CPA preferred, and a track record of building
