About the role
To advance process improvements and enhance productivity, the full-time Industrial Engineer will work remotely, hybrid, or onsite, providing engineering consulting, leading strategic initiatives, and developing solutions for efficiency across corporate operations.
Key responsibilities:
Provides engineering consulting on process improvement, work measurement, and strategic planning
Leads and implements corporate initiatives using project management tools for timely project completion
Develops solutions to maximize productivity through workflow analysis and procedure improvements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering or current enrollment with expected graduation soon; master's degree preferred
3 months to 3 years of practical experience in related fields; lean six sigma black belt certification preferred
Working knowledge of business operations and healthcare payor processes preferred
Ability to perform high-level mathematical and data analysis, including statistics and engineering economics
Experience with business intelligence tools and programming skills such as SQL or Visual Basic preferred
