About the Opportunity: We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to support a project focused on evaluating and improving next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your expertise in software engineering to assess AI-generated code and solve challenging real-world engineering problems.
Key Responsibilities: Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design. Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases. Review AI reasoning related to architecture, debugging, and system design. Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance.
Required Qualifications: At least 1 year of software engineering experience at a top technology company, including some experience within the past 7 years. Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, algorithms, and data structures. Strong code review and debugging skills. Ability to clearly explain technical decisions in writing. Based in an English-speaking country.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience evaluating complex software systems or AI-generated code. Strong background in software architecture and system design. Experience creating technical problems, solutions, and testing strategies. Compensation Competitive compensation of $245–$280/hour. Independent contractor engagement. Approximately 100 positions available.
