About the role
Managing the relationship between utility clients and retail programs, the full-time Account Program Manager will oversee the implementation and performance of company retail programs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the cost, implementation, and performance of retail programs while ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends
Develop new business opportunities and evaluate program performance to recommend marketing actions
Direct and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with contracts and client satisfaction
Required qualifications:
5-8 years of relevant project management experience
2+ years of people management experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience managing contracts with annual revenues of $2 million to $5 million
Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with utilities, retailers, and manufacturers
