Pay Range: $22/hr. - $24/hr.
Daily Responsibilities:
IT Procurement: Work with IT managers, the Procurement department, and the Accounts Payable (AP) department to procure all IT products and services. Duties include, but are not limited to: Processing and tracking purchase requests in SAP. Creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP. Processing goods receipts in SAP. Validating vendor payments and resolving vendor payment issues. Managing vendor communications and relationships. Assisting with contract renewals and due diligence. Maintaining documentation of financial and procurement processes. Budget Management: Recording actuals monthly Collaborate directly with the Technology Business Manager to compile and analyze the annual IT budget and assist in managing quarterly forecasting for IT expenses. Ad-Hoc modeling for project scenarios and budget variations. Managing cash positions across IT projects to ensure liquidity IT Project Management (Infrastructure & Service Desk Projects): Assist the IT department with project management tasks as needed, including: Documenting project scope, tasks, and requirements. Developing project plans and managing project timelines. Managing project budgets. Tracking project deliverables and scheduling project milestones. Organizing project meetings and providing regular updates.
