Occupational Therapist (OT) At Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare, we're dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that empower our residents to recover, thrive, and live well. We're currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team. In this role, you'll support residents in rebuilding functional abilities, adapting to daily tasks, and achieving meaningful independence. You'll work alongside a collaborative rehab and nursing team to deliver clinically sound, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety
  • Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
  • Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment
What We're Looking For:
  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active Washington OT license (or eligibility)CPR certification (or ability to obtain)SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferredbut not required
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
