What we’re looking for: We are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially minded and highly connected Store Manager to lead a luxury fashion business in Palm Beach. This is much more than a traditional Store Manager position in fact, think of this as a truly luxury entrepreneurial business manager position. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the market, build the client base and bring the store to life. Someone who looks at the Palm Beach business and thinks: “What do we need to do here to make this business successful?”You will have the trust and autonomy to make things happen locally, while working closely with the wider leadership team. We need someone who knows how to hustle, but in a tasteful, sophisticated and completely authentic way. About the brand: My client is an independent luxury fashion house with a strong reputation for exceptional fabrics, craftsmanship, refined tailoring and understated luxury. The retail experience is highly personal and experiential, with beautifully considered stores that bring together fashion, design and exceptional service. The product, craftsmanship and client relationship are at the centre of everything. You will be expected to: Build and develop a strong local client book Drive sales and take ownership of the commercial performance Develop existing and new client relationships Bring the brand into the Palm Beach community Identify the right events, partnerships and social opportunities Create and host trunk shows and private client events Identify where the right customers are and create opportunities to engage them Develop relationships with local influencers, tastemakers and relevant community networks Build repeat business and long-term client relationships Understand the seasonal nature of Palm Beach and plan accordingly Bring ideas to the table and act on them Represent the brand confidently and authentically within the market We need someone who is prepared to get out there and make things happen!
