Job Description:
Connect Staffing is hiring for multiple Solar Operations, Technical Support, Repair Center, Warehouse, and Supply Chain positions with a global solar inverter and energy storage systems manufacturer in Houston, TX.Available opportunities range from entry-level warehouse and material handling positions to skilled technical and engineering roles supporting PV (photovoltaic) inverters, ESS (energy storage systems), replacement parts, repairs, service operations, and supply chain activities. Technical Support / Field Service
Requirements:
Technical training or experience in electrical, electronics, solar, field service, or related equipment.
Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, or technical documentation.
Engineering-level positions may require a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
Duties:
Troubleshoot, test, commission, and service PV inverters, energy storage systems, and related electrical equipment.
Support customers, field technicians, and internal teams with technical issues.
Document service work, technical findings, and equipment information.
Travel to solar project sites may be required for certain positions.
Repair Center / RMA
Requirements:
Experience with electronics, electrical equipment, repair, rework, RMA, or technical service preferred.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Technical positions may require electrical testing or troubleshooting experience.
Duties:
Receive, inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and rework returned solar equipment.
Process RMA, repair, warranty, and service orders.
Record repair results, equipment status, and material transactions.
Coordinate equipment and parts with warehouse, engineering, and service teams.
Warehouse / Material Handling
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Duties:
Receive, label, store, pick, pack, stage, and ship solar equipment and replacement parts.
Move materials throughout the warehouse and repair center.
Support inventory counts and material transactions.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Supply Chain / Logistics
Requirements:
Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, order processing, or warehouse operations preferred.
Basic computer skills and experience entering or tracking orders and materials.
ERP, inventory, warehouse management, or similar system experience is a plus.
Duties:
Coordinate inbound and outbound materials, replacement parts, and equipment.
Process and track orders, shipments, inventory, and material movements.
Coordinate with warehouse, repair, engineering, training, and service departments.
Maintain accurate supply chain and logistics records.
Pre-employment Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Bilingual English / Mandarin preferred for select positions.
Drug screen required.
Background check required.
E-Verify / work authorization required.
Some technical positions may require travel and outdoor field work.
