About the role
Job Description Job Description What You'll DoWelding Operations Perform precision TIG and MIG welding on aerospace components using approved procedures and work instructions. Weld a variety of aerospace materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and other specialty alloys. Produce high-quality welds that meet dimensional, visual, structural, and customer requirements. Set up and operate welding equipment while maintaining proper welding techniques and practices. Blueprints & Specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, specifications, and work instructions. Follow qualified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and established process requirements. Ensure completed work meets aerospace standards, customer specifications, and company quality requirements. Quality & Inspection Perform detailed self-inspection of completed welds and components. Identify and communicate quality concerns, defects, or discrepancies. Complete rework and corrections as needed to meet established requirements. Work with the Quality team during in-process and final inspections. Must have 3 years of welding experience
