About the role
Near West Theatre is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and contributed revenue across foundations, corporations, government, and individuals. You will partner with the Executive Director and Board to expand capacity and ensure sustainability.
You will develop innovative fundraising programs, manage systems and data, and guide a team to advance our mission in Cleveland’s arts community.
