What You'll Do: Lead and develop a team of commercial HVAC technicians Oversee technician workload, scheduling, performance, and development Provide technical guidance on HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Help drive branch performance, revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction Recruit, train, and develop service technicians
What We're Looking For: Proven experience leading or managing technicians. Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Experience managing technician workload, scheduling, training, or performance Strong customer-facing and communication skills Ability to lead a team while balancing technical and business priorities Preferred Experience 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience Commercial Service Manager or Service Operations experienceP&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, or branch KPI experience Business development or account growth Knowledge of commercial building codes Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Military leadership and technical maintenance experience are highly relevant to this opportunity.
