About the role

Becker Americas is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our business across the New England states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) plus New York. This is a B2B sales role that is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across pumps, parts, systems, and service; manage a balanced portfolio of resellers, service providers and end-user accounts; and maintain a disciplined, high-quality pipeline that consistently exceeds sales performance goals. Responsibilities: Own and grow sales across the assigned territory, managing a balanced portfolio of end users, resellers, distributors, service providers, and national accounts. Develop and execute territory and account plans focused on revenue, volume, margin, and market-share growth. Identify, qualify, and convert new business through proactive prospecting and disciplined follow-up. Achieve revenue and profitability goals across pumps, parts, systems, and service offerings. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, including accurate activities, opportunities, quotes, and forecasts in Salesforce. Prepare and follow up on quotes, using effective pricing and discount strategies to drive conversion while protecting margins. Recruit, develop, and support resellers and distributors to expand market coverage and sales volume. Provide end users with application support, product recommendations, solutions, and technical guidance. Manage authorized repair centers to Becker’s standards for service, responsiveness, and brand representation. Deliver a high-quality customer experience through responsive, prepared, and solutions-focused engagement. Collaborate with customer service, technical, operations, and marketing teams to support customers and drive growth. Follow company policies, administrative requirements, and communication expectations.
Qualifications: 3–5+ years of sales experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Strong territory-management, account-planning, and pipeline-development capabilities Proven ability to drive profitable growth and protect margin Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant business software High degree of professionalism, accountability, and self-management Ability to travel up to approximately 30%Must reside within the assigned territory
