About the role
Supporting a team of portfolio managers, the full-time salaried Alliances Coordinator will manage business development and partner stewardship activities while enhancing operational efficiency through the use of Salesforce and other tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in business development and partner stewardship activities, including data management and creating briefs for partner prospecting
Develop proficiency in Salesforce to support strategic initiatives and improve processes for business development leads
Conduct market research and provide operational support for development projects, including forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications:
Experience providing administrative support in business development, sales, or customer/client management
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to simplify complex data
Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven efficiency and automation solutions
Salesforce experience or Salesforce Admin certification is preferred
Commitment to teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
