About the role
- Manage and develop an assigned sales territory throughout the South Florida market
- Meet directly with business owners and key decision-makers
- Identify prospective business accounts and uncover their telecom needs
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build rapport and develop professional relationships with prospective and existing accounts
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation through account acquisition
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activity, and territory progress
- Track individual performance and work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development
- Represent our clients professionally while delivering a positive customer experience
- Qualifications0–4 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, serving, business development, or another customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting and speaking with business owners and decision-makers in person
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward performance goals
- Ability to build rapport and communicate professionally with a variety of customers
- Coachable and open to ongoing training and feedback
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout an assigned local territory
- Previous B2B, outside sales, telecom, high-ticket sales, or territory sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Compensation & Earnings
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $45,000–$72,000+ annually
- Compensation includes guaranteed base pay plus performance-based commissions and incentives
- Commission earnings are tied directly to individual sales performance, allowing high performers to earn above the stated OTE range
- Performance incentives and advancement opportunities are available as representatives grow within their territory
- Full compensation structure, performance expectations, and commission details are reviewed during the interview process
