The New York office of McGuire Woods seeks a Counsel to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Area, a part of our Public & Private Infrastructure & Real Estate Department. Salary: $350,000-$450,000 Qualified candidates will have 8+ years commercial real estate finance experience representing secured lenders including balance sheet, bridge, CMBS/conduit lenders in sophisticated law firm setting. Additional experience with multifamily agency (Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) various balance sheet platforms is preferred. Experience in affordable housing and/or workouts will create additional opportunities to excel. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, be a “team player,” notably a proven history of inspiring client confidence while dealing with both business, and legal teams. Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills. NYBar is required. #LI-Hybrid #LI-EB
