About the role

Utz is seeking a Market Development Leader I to join our Lebanon, TN sales team. You will partner with Independent Operators and Master Distributors to drive market share, build relationships, and execute promotional activities while ensuring compliance with agreements and merchandising standards. You will prepare weekly reports, support route planning, and collaborate with the Sales Operations Director to maximize sales profitability in the assigned region.
