Rental Agent Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle rentals while delivering a seamless and professional experience for our customers-from reservation to vehicle return. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Deliver an exceptional rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer. Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner while preparing rental agreements. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Meet or exceed established sales and service standards. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, including washing and vacuuming, as needed. Monitor and manage vehicle inventory on a daily basis to ensure availability. Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly, professionally, and in a helpful manner. Perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs. Ability to follow defined service and sales processes effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some Saturdays. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service or vehicle rental experience preferred. Valid Virginia driver's license required.
