Night Shift Machine Operator Fischer Paper Products is a third-generation, family-owned company with over 50 years of experience producing high-quality, food-safe paper packaging for both local and nationally recognized brands. We're looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our night shift production team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines, ensuring efficient production, quality output, and smooth operations. You'll play a key role in meeting production goals and helping strengthen our skilled manufacturing team.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate printing/converting machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime
Monitor production quality and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
What You BringAt least 1+ year of experience in printing, converting, flexible packaging, or a related field
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with Beasley, Garant, Weber, or similar machines (preferred)
Pay & Schedule

Shift: Monday

Thursday (4-day workweek!)

Hours: 8:10 PM 6:35 AM

Pay: $20$24/hour (based on experience)

Shift Differential: +$2/hour No weekends or holidays
