R-2 Contractors is seeking an experienced Utility-Scale Heavy Civil Foreman to lead field crews on earthwork, grading, excavation, and site development for utility-scale projects across the United States. You will coordinate daily work, supervise equipment and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality on schedule. The role requires strong leadership, planning skills, and the ability to interpret project documents, with 100% travel to active sites nationwide.
