Job Overview: The Blending Technician will execute the delivery of daily blend requirements according to production schedules through the manufacturing of syrup batches from raw materials including water, sugar, and concentrate in compliance with company quality assurance specification requirements. This role will maintain blending and product transfer equipment sanitation requirements to ensure system-wide conformance to quality and sanitation standards; receive concentrate and raw ingredients purchase orders for the facility.
Duties & Responsibilities: Execute the delivery of the daily blend requirements according to production schedules; through the manufacturing of syrup batches from raw materials, including water, sugar, and concentrate; ensure adherence to the company quality assurance specification requirements Maintains blending equipment (mixes and syrup tanks) sanitation requirements to ensure system-wide conformance to quality and sanitation standards Carries out the receipt of concentrate and sugar shipments in the inventory management system Maintains and calibrates lab equipment to ensure measurement accuracy Maintains testing, sanitation, and equipment calibration records and results and inputs concentrate and sugar receipts through data entry into the Lab Data Management System (LDMS)
