Continuous Monitoring Security Analyst$70-75 hr/w-2Chantilly, VA (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, potential to increase to 5) Join a dynamic cybersecurity team working on ConMon for FedRAMP, supporting Federal and DoD cloud environments with a focus on continuous compliance and vulnerability management. This role involves creating and maintaining FedRAMP documentation, advising stakeholders on security policies, and conducting risk assessments. The position requires deep knowledge of security frameworks, cloud environments, and automation scripting, offering a fast-paced environment ideal for security professionals seeking growth and impact.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen (No dual citizenship)
  • Experience with FedRAMP, NIST SP 800, RMF, and security controls
  • Ability to develop automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java)
  • Knowledge of container security, CI/CD pipelines, and vulnerability management
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security environments and cloud systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer info systems, math, or sciences
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and update FedRAMP security documentation and artifacts
  • Assist with vulnerability identification, analysis, and remediation
  • Provide guidance on security policies, risk analysis, and compliance strategies
  • Analyze container vulnerabilities and determine remediation paths
  • Support system authorization activities and ensure ongoing compliance
  • Create automation scripts to streamline vulnerability management processes
