About the role

MasterMold is seeking a hands-on Assistant Superintendent for the Johnson Creek Paint Department on 2nd shift. This role involves leading a team of supervisors, leads, engineers, and operators to execute production plans safely and efficiently. You will drive daily operations, coach frontline leaders, and ensure quality and safety standards while partnering with HR, safety, maintenance, and other departments. Will train the right candidate to learn the operation from the ground up.
