Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Blaster / Finisher to join a manufacturing team in North Baltimore, Ohio. This position is responsible for preparing, blasting, coating, and finishing component parts and assemblies while maintaining quality and production standards. The position involves both manual blasting and equipment operation, along with preparing parts for painting and applying protective coatings.
Job Responsibilities: Manually blast component parts and assemblies. Operate a Pangborn pass-through blaster with minimal guidance. Operate a Hoffman blaster. Mask, prepare, and set up parts for painting. Apply coatings through painting or metalizing. Operate metalizing equipment. Use blasting hoses and metalizing nozzles as required. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to safely move materials and components. Perform quality-control and technical measurements. Accurately record QC measurements and other required production data. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures#3484LI
