Alliant is changing the way our clients approach risk management and benefits, so they can capitalize on new opportunities to grow and protect their organizations.Job TitleCustomer Service RepresentativeLocationPestSure office at 16000 Dallas Pkwy Suite 850, Dallas, TX 75248.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all front-office duties, including reception lobby and all common areas of office.Interfaces with Building Management, Parking, Staples, Pitney Bowes, Xerox, Iron Mountain, Coffee, and HVAC vendors. Acts as liaison between local office and Alliant departments such as Facilities, IT, Helpdesk, etc.Maintains local office SharePoint page, Outlook Team Calendar, and office folders on Shared Drive.Answers incoming calls to PestSure 888 number and routes callers as needed.Assists service team with assembly of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations for prospects and clients.Prepares loss runs as directed.Assists with client insurance certificates, including State Structural Board certificates, (print, envelope, stamp, mail) as needed.Provides office support in the absence of office management staff, and provides additional support to executive leadership.Assists in preparing slides for recurring internal team meetings.Assists with logistics of all meetings including providing support to host as needed, checking conference room lighting, confirming conference room equipment is functioning, welcoming guests, and offering beverages and seating.Acts as primary emergency Floor Warden by maintaining emergency contact information on AlliantNet, helping to identify and communicate to office emergency volunteers, and attending annual building management emergency training.Actively participates and supports committees related to employee engagement, D&I, and philanthropy.Provides word processing assistance as required.Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information). Includes invoicing and applications, as necessary.Updates Program Spreadsheets post renewal.Distributes monthly invoices.Prepares Renewal Questionnaires to be updated by clients 120 days in advance.Maintenance of PestSure inbox to file and distribute endorsements, policies and experience modifiers from fronting carrier.Responsible for tracking receipt of policies from carriers in policy tracking document. Send policies to RSP for review and final delivery to insureds.Send WC Posting Notices to applicable insureds annually, if required.Preparation of Auto Accident Packets and distribution to clients at renewal.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience1-2 years related work experience;Valid insurance license a plusEncouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisorSkillsExtremely efficient organization and prioritization skillsAbility to manage high levels of workload while adhering to company guidelinesGreat problem solving and time management skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentExcellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skillsAbility to work within a team and to foster teamworkStrong work ethicProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteIntermediate typing skills (30-35 wpm)
