Steer North America is seeking an experienced leader to grow our Rail & Transit practice. You will apply deep expertise in commercial advisory, O&M cost modelling, and financial modelling to deliver complex transportation solutions and support business development with new clients. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will mentor staff, manage risks, and build long-term client relationships while cross-selling services across Steer's global portfolio.
