About the role
The North Carolina Zoo seeks a diligent Quarantine Keeper/Veterinary Assistant to provide daily husbandry care for animals in the veterinary center. Responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, observation, and adherence to biosecurity schedules while coordinating with veterinarians and animal care staff.
Qualifications include at least one year of exotic animal care and a background in animal care/husbandry; mobility and strength to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
