About the role
To support Team USA's mission, the full-time Design Specialist will develop compelling visual concepts and brand expressions for commercial partnerships, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams while working remotely from the Los Angeles area.
Key responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual expressions for Team USA's commercial partnerships and initiatives
Transform strategic narratives into sophisticated visual storytelling and design solutions
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elevate partner presentations and pitches
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in marketing/advertising or as an in-house designer focused on presentation and pitch design
Proven experience in designing high-quality presentations and visual materials for business development
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Figma
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
