Job Description: Manage digital projects, including website updates, digital advertising, and other digital campaign tactics, in partnership with Senior Marketing Managers. Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to support timely and effective execution. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and digital partners to facilitate project delivery and resolve issues that may impact timelines or performance. Support CRM and marketing automation activities, including campaign setup, audience coordination, and deployment. Partner with web, creative, analytics, and technology teams to coordinate digital deliverables and ensure alignment with campaign objectives and requirements.
Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, working within digital channels such as websites, social media, email, etc. Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms, including websites, digital advertising, email, CRM/marketing automation, social media and analytics. Experience managing digital projects, including website updates, digital advertising and other digital campaign tactics, in partnership with Senior Marketing Managers. Experience supporting the execution of digital marketing campaigns within the hospital or healthcare industry. Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) with ability to translate marketing strategies or briefs into digital tactics and deliverables.
