About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and coordinate activities across the organization. This position will assist with scheduling, documentation, communication, recordkeeping, and general office coordination.
Responsibilities: Coordinate routine administrative activities and office workflows. Schedule meetings, appointments, and other business activities. Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets. Maintain accurate digital and physical records. Monitor administrative requests and ensure timely follow-up. Respond to routine emails, phone calls, and internal inquiries. Update company databases, files, and administrative records. Assist with office supplies, equipment, and resource coordination. Support meetings, events, and internal office activities. Coordinate information between departments when needed. Assist employees and teams with general administrative requests. Maintain confidentiality of business and administrative information. Follow company policies, procedures, and established workflows. Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative, coordination, or office support experience is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional and dependable approach to work.
