Sonoco’s Co-op program offers undergrad and graduate students a hands-on manufacturing and packaging experience in Columbus, Ohio, with paid 12-week assignments, plant tours, and leadership engagement. Participants gain real-time feedback, networking opportunities, and exposure across Sonoco’s enterprise, including housing and activity stipends and relocation assistance where applicable.
