About the role
High volume law firm in search of a detail-oriented, pleasant and friendly receptionist.
Duties Include:
Manage administrative responsibilities in the legal office, including but not limited to: putting in order for supplies, keeping common areas tidy, restocking supplies, etc.
Answer phone calls, take notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate.
Maintain attorney calendars and schedules.
Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.
Open, organize and maintain files and records.
Skills:
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Can efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confident and courteous to all callers to include existing clients, prospective clients, attorneys, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess 2 or more years of experience in administrative support, with a positive, can‑do attitude!
